For depression, anxiety disorders, or clinical care, we'll always point you to a licensed professional. Coaching helps. Therapy is its own thing.

No. Sisu is a wellness coach, not a therapist. We help with stress, burnout, and lifestyle factors. For depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, or any clinical condition, work with a licensed therapist or psychiatrist.

Why not partner with online therapy platforms?+

The online therapy space has had significant FTC enforcement and quality concerns over the past few years. We refer out case-by-case rather than affiliate-route — your wellbeing isn't the right place to compromise on partner quality.

What if I'm in crisis?+

If you're in crisis, call 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911. Sisu is not a crisis service and never claims to be.

Can Sisu help with psychiatric medication?+

No — psychiatric medication requires a licensed prescriber, ongoing clinical management, and a real relationship with a clinician. Sisu's role here is to coach the daily layer alongside that care, not to replace it.
