Refund Policy
mybmi.ai is operated by Arrays Global LLC. This policy applies to all paid digital products sold directly by Arrays Global LLC through mybmi.ai, including the SISU BMI Story Report, SISU 7-Day Starter Plan, SISU 30-Day Wellness Journey, and SISU GLP-1 Provider Comparison Guide. It does not apply to third-party telehealth providers accessed through our affiliate links — those are governed by each provider's own policies.
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any paid SISU product, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the date of purchase, no questions asked.
To request a refund, reply to your purchase receipt email or contact us at info@mybmi.ai with your order information. We will process your refund within 5 business days via the original payment method.
Instant Delivery Acknowledgment
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that paid SISU products are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Delivery is considered complete when the product is displayed on the confirmation page and/or sent to the email address provided at checkout. This acknowledgment does not waive your right to the 7-day refund guarantee.
Scope
This refund policy applies to purchases made directly through mybmi.ai via Stripe. We do not process refunds for charges that appear on your statement from third-party providers (Yucca Health, Eden Health, Strut Health, or others). Contact those providers directly for refunds on their services.
Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider, please contact us first at info@mybmi.ai. We will resolve legitimate concerns promptly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
