What does Sisu coach for an enterprise population?+

The full nine-category wellness scope: weight, hair, longevity, sexual wellness, women's health, metabolic, skin, sleep, mental wellness. Coaching scales across the entire employee population without per-condition gates.

Is mybmi.ai HIPAA-aligned?+

We operate as an educational and wellness coaching tool, which generally falls outside HIPAA covered-entity status. For Enterprise customers requiring HIPAA-aligned workflows, we offer a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and apply the relevant safeguards. SOC 2 Type II is in progress.

Can we white-label the experience?+

Yes. White-label deployments include custom branding, domain, and onboarding flows. Sisu remains the coach character; the wrapper is yours.

How do you integrate with our HRIS or claims system?+

Standard integrations with Workday, BambooHR, ADP, and most major HRIS platforms. Claims-data integrations require a separate scoping call — every payer environment is different.

What's the typical pilot structure?+

Most pilots are 90 days, 50–500 employees, with success metrics agreed in advance (engagement, biometric movement, satisfaction). Quote includes pilot pricing and a clear path to full deployment if outcomes hit.

Do you have outcomes data?+

We're early — formal outcomes studies require longer enrollment cycles than we currently have. We share aggregated engagement and self-reported outcome data with prospective enterprise buyers under NDA. Long-form clinical validation work begins after our first 12 months of Enterprise deployment.
