No. Sisu is an educational and wellness coaching tool. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or replace therapy. For diagnosis or prescriptions, licensed providers handle that — Sisu can route you to one when relevant.
The BMI calculator and core coaching are free forever. When we route you to a licensed telehealth provider for medication, we may receive a commission — this is disclosed inline per FTC guidelines and doesn't affect what you pay. Pro tier ($9.99/mo) unlocks the deeper coaching features.

We work with US-licensed telehealth partners including Yucca Health, Eden Health, and Strut Health. Each is licensed in multiple states with their own medical staff and prescribing protocols. mybmi.ai is for adults 18 and older. We don't intentionally serve minors. Pediatric weight management and adolescent wellness require direct clinical care, not AI coaching.
